Here’s the return policy for Shali’s Boutique:

  1. Timeframe for Returns: You can return items within 10 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in-store.
  2. Condition of Items: To receive an exchange, the items must be in original condition within 10 days. This means they should not have been worn, altered, or washed, and all original tags must be attached. Items that have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damage, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
  1. Final Sale Items: Please note that discounted/sale items are considered flnal sale and cannot be returned.
  1. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
  2. Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, log into your shalisboutique.com account and fill the form to return.
  3. Processing Time: Returns may take 5-7 business days to process from the date of arrival.
  4. Packaging: When returning items, securely pack and seal them with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or Shali’s does not provide shipping labels for returns. Try to return items in the original outer packaging.
